Additional Job Responsibilities And Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must be personable and friendly. You will be expected to greet customers promptly, answer phones, and schedule appointments. You’ll also make a clear report of any vehicle problems or symptoms as outlined by the customer. A thorough understanding of recommend Porsche maintenance and repair protocol based on mileage (provided with training) is also expected.

After providing an accurate estimate of labor and parts costs, you will frequently update the customer as to their vehicle’s progress, as well as answer any of the customer’s questions.

Expect to be held to a high degree of ownership and accountability with honesty in everything that you do. Dealership management software is a plus for this position, but not a requirement. Must have a valid driver’s license in CA and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates will undergo a pre-employment background check and a drug screening as well.
